We kick off the Island Race Series with a fundraiser for the Alameda Hospital Foundation.
Our 2026 event is at a new location on Alameda point. We are excited to add a Half Marathon to this event and also bring back the 1 mile fun run

This is the biggest Alameda Running Event of the Year and we have a distance for every runner in a single day of racing.
The various distances will highlight several beautiful areas around the island from Alameda point and it’s many new running trails, the estuary shoreline, USS Hornet and a beautiful venue at the finish.

Always our last event of the year, the Midway Shelter winter run starts at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal in Alameda on Bay Farm Island and supports a great cause.
The course will take you along the beautiful shoreline of Bay Farm Island and is a flat out and back with views of San Francisco and the Alameda Main Island.

2026 Series coming back
Alameda is a great place to run! Flat and fast courses let you cruise through gorgeous island scenery right in the heart of San Francisco Bay.
Sign up for all at least 3 of our 5k races, or all 3 of our 10k races, and you'll receive a custom series Tech T-shirt and 25% off. And new for this year you can run the "Half and Half" by competing in both Half Marathons.
