Our last run 0f 2025 is less than a month away!

Our Hospital Foundation Spring run takes place this year at Faction Brewery and we we have added a Half Marathon and 1 mile fun run. 

We are excited to offer the Half and Half challenge with the Island Running Festival. Run both Half's and get a special hoodie

this race is also a USATF 10K Grand Prix event

The Spring run benefits the Hospital Foundation of Alameda

Run on completely closed roads lined with spectators and a flat and fast course.  The run will start at 8:30am this year and we will have a portion of Haight street blocked off for parade viewing and refreshments after the run. there will be a DJ, beer and great local vendors. come  for the run and stay for the parade! 

This event benefits the Midway Shelter of Alameda.

We are excited to transition back to our traditional, single day schedule of racing

Saturday will feature the expo set-up and Packet pick up but all events will take place on Sunday

The Sunday line-up will feature all (4) run distances, the 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and kids run will round out a fantastic day of running. There is also the best post race Expo around, awards and beer garden. For more information and to register visit the event site

Join us at the historic and haunted USS Hornet for a unique evening run

The 5k will take you around Alameda point, with a start and finish at the pier of the USS Hornet. Post event music and beer with an opportunity to visit and tour the ship. Costumes strongly encouraged!

The Midway Shelter Winter run has a 5k, 10K and 1/2 mile kids run.  This event has been around for over 20 years. 

The Winter run takes place at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal on Bay Farm in Alameda with views of the Alameda coastline and SF similar to the April event
